Hi, my name is Rob. I am currently a student studying at the Spitzer School of Architecture at the City College of New York. This portfolio showcases some of the work I have done and specifically shows my experience in woodworking. Most of the work shown was done at a job that I held for over a year as an apprentice finish carpenter in a historic Strivers Row, Manhattan Brownstone. In addition, I included some of my personal projects that I produced for fun, school, or other reasons. As I hope you can tell, this work required a high standard of quality, often no margin for error, and strategic planning of working processes. Through this work I was able to gain experience with woodworking tools and a knowledge of construction and carpentry techniques. Most of all, I hope this portfolio shows my passion for creative, beautiful work.
